In recent years, the Nooca team has covered countless metres in the amazing world of labour market mediation. We have done so in a variety of roles, from sourcing to recruitment management. With secondment agencies and employers, from large to small and where vacancies are often filled in the traditional way and where the organisations' interests sometimes outweigh the interests of the ultimate match.

Apart from each other, we have followed our own path in this each time, for instance by deploying smart techniques and acting as a sparring partner (which means that sometimes we also sell 'no' if that is the best fitting answer).

Together, we at Nooca are the extension of both our clients and potential employees.
